As neurodivergents ourselves, Hex and I built TerraNova with our community in mind from day one. This isn't a checkbox for us — it's personal. Every decision we make about how this server works and how it feels comes from lived experience, not research.

• We write everything clearly and literally — there's no "you should just know" culture here, no gaps filled with "use common sense"
• We built an interactive in-game map with plain descriptions of every location, job, and function — so you can figure things out on your own terms, at your own pace
• Our player guide answers questions before you have to ask them
• We produce IC commercials for businesses and activities so the world teaches you organically — no one has to walk you through anything
• Our mechanics are predictable and consistent — if a job pays a certain amount, it always does
• We handle mistakes privately, never publicly — nobody gets called out in front of everyone
• Being offline for two weeks is not a social crime here — come back when life allows, you're still home
• We don't tolerate social hazing disguised as roleplay — new players are never expected to earn basic dignity

Our Commitment to Female Players

We want every woman who comes to TerraNova to feel it immediately — that this is a space built with genuine respect, not just a server that added a line to their rules.

We've been intentional about this from the start. The culture here doesn't default to bro energy. Female players aren't novelties, aren't targets, and aren't expected to prove themselves in ways male players never have to.

When Hex and I say Friends + Family, we mean it literally. We're not building a server to maximize player count — we're building a place that feels real because the people in it are real. You're not a user here. You're someone who belongs here.

• We don't track your activity or make you feel guilty for being offline — show up when life allows, no questions asked
• This is a standing invitation, not an obligation — the server is always here, always yours
• Hex and I are present and visible — you'll see us in the city, in the Discord, in the world we're building together

Friends + Family doesn't mean hidden. If you stream, post clips, or make content about TerraNova — do it, we love it. We just won't be the ones running a promotional campaign. Our growth comes from people who've been here telling others what it felt like. That's the only kind of growth we trust.
